Caprese pizza

Ingredients

  • 2 T Woolworths tomato paste with vegetable soffritto
  • 2 Woolworths thin and crispy pizza bases
  • 300 g mozzarella, torn
  • exotic tomatoes, sliced, for serving
  • basil, for serving
  • black pepper, for serving
  • olive oil, for serving
  • balsamic vinegar, for serving

Method

Spread 1 T each Woolworths tomato paste with vegetable soffritto onto Woolworths thin and crispy pizza bases (or make your own homemade pizza base).

Top with torn mozzarella and bake for 7–8 minutes at 200°C.

Top with sliced exotic tomatoes, basil and black pepper. Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
