Ingredients

Method
  • 1 x 140 g bag Woolworths sweet and tangy salad
  • 8–12 plums, halved, quartered and sliced
  • 200 g chevin, sliced
  • 50 g hazelnuts, roasted and chopped
  • pea shoots, to garnish
  • For the dressing, mix:

  • 1 clove garlic, chopped
  • 1 t wholegrain mustard
  • 1 t Dijon mustard
  • 1 T red wine vinegar
  • lemon juice, a squeeze
  • ¼ cup canola or olive oil
  • 1 T honey
  • sea salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

Ingredients

Toss all the salad ingredients and drizzle over the dressing.
