  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • Woolworths pork schnitzels

Method

Ingredients

Cook 300 g Woolworths minted frozen peas in salted boiling water for 5 minutes.

Combine with the zest and juice of 1 lemon in a food processor and blitz until smooth.

Season to taste and serve with Woolworths pork schnitzels.
