- 6 Woolworths ripen at home Forelle pears, halved
- ¼ cup maple syrup
- 2 t vanilla paste
- 1 lemon, rind cut of and juiced
- 4 bay leaves
- 2 T butter
- cream or crème fraîche, for serving
Method
Ingredients
Preheat the oven to 180°C. Place all the ingredients except the cream or crème fraîche on a baking tray and roast for 40 minutes, or until soft.
Serve with cream or crème fraîche.
