- 1 Bright Pearl white nectarine, halved and pitted
- 1 ball of buffalo mozzarella
- 1 cup Noble Late Harvest
Method

Slice the nectarine into thin slices, and fan out on serving plate. Cover with Noble Late Harvest. Slice the cheese and layer over the nectarine.
Serve as a starter or dessert.
