Ingredients

Method
  • 3 Woolworths watermelon snack pots, frozen
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • water a splash
  • 2 x 500 ml Woolworths sugar-free sparkling flavoured water bottles

Method

Ingredients

1. Blend the watermelon and lime juice with a splash of water in a Nutribullet or food processor until it resembles a Slush Puppie.

2. Serve topped up with your favourite Woolworths flavoured sparkling water – try rose, strawberry or even coconut.

Add gin or vodka (optional).

Cook's note: Frozen watermelon, or any fruit, is a lifesaver in my house on hot summer days when I’m craving something refreshing but nutritious. Freeze Woolworths fruit snack pots, then all of the portioning is done for you and it’s ready to blend into this cooldrink, smoothies, or even with ice cream for a milkshake.
