  • 3 T butter
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 4 bananas, halved
  • Puff pastry
  • Cream

Method

Ingredients

Preheat the oven to 180°C.

In a pan over a medium heat, allow butter and honey to caramelise.

Fry halved bananas in the caramel, then cover the pan with a sheet of puff pastry, folding in the edges.

Bake for 10 minutes, or until the pastry is cooked. Remove and loosen the edges of the tart.

Flip onto a platter and serve with cream.
