- 75 g coconut flakes
- 6 dried nectarines, chopped
- 10 slices dried mango, chopped
- 100 g almonds, chopped
- 130 g sunflower seeds
- ¼ cup balsamic vinegar
- ½ cup honey
- 1 T coconut oil
- salt, to taste

1. Preheat the oven to 180°C and line a large baking tray with greaseproof paper.
2. Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and toss thoroughly. Transfer to the baking tray and bake for 25 minutes, tossing regularly.
3. Cool before eating.
