 - 6 ClemenGold®️ mandarins, sliced or cut into wedges
 - 1/2 cup honey
 - 2 lemons, zested
 - 4 cardamom pods
 - 2 star anise
 - 2 cloves
 - 2 T Woolworths coconut sugar For the toasted brioche:
 - 1 T butter
 - 2 slices Woolworths brioche loaf
 - Boerenkaas cheese, for serving
 
Method
Ingredients
								1. To make the jam, preheat the oven to 200°C. Place all the ingredients in a baking tray and roast for 45–60 minutes, or until sticky and golden.
2. To assemble, melt the butter in a non-stick pan and toast the brioche on both sides. Top with the Boerenkaas and ClemenGold®️ jam.
