  • 6 leeks
  • 1 T apple cider vinegar
  • 1 T honey
  • 5 thyme sprigs
  • 40 g radishes
  • Steak, for serving

Method

Ingredients

Halve 6 leeks lengthways.

Place in a baking tray with 1 T apple cider vinegar, 1 T honey and 5 sprigs thyme.

Season and roast for 30 minutes at 180°C until tender.

Add 40 g radishes for the last 10 minutes of cooking time. Serve with steak.
