- 500 g fresh or frozen blueberries
- 4 T brown sugar
- 500 g good-quality puff pastry
Method
Ingredients
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Place the berries in a pie dish and sprinkle over the brown sugar.
Cover with the puff pastry and bake for 25 minutes. The berries will burst while baking, making their own sauce.
Cook’s note: Replace the blueberries with any fruit of your choice.
