Ingredients

Method
  • 30 ml sweet vermouth
  • 30 ml Campari
  • Prosecco (or sparkling wine), for serving
  • slice of grapefruit, for serving
  • curl of orange zest, for serving

Method

Ingredients

1. In a tumbler or Champagne flute, combine: sweet vermouth and Campari.

2. If you’re using a tumbler, add ice. If you prefer a flute, omit the ice but make sure the Prosecco is icy cold. Either way, top up the vermouth mix with Prosecco or sparkling wine and garnish with a slice of grapefruit or a curl of orange zest. Cin cin!

Cook's note: For a low-alcohol version, substitute the Campari with Abstinence blood orange apéritif.
