- 500 ml water
- 90 ml almond milk powder
- 185 g quinoa
- 60 ml brown sugar
- 1 cinnamon stick
- poached fruit, to serve
- cinnamon sugar, to serve
Method

Combine the water and almond milk powder in a small saucepan. Simmer then add the quinoa.
Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
Add the brown sugar and cinnamon stick.
Cook for a further 5 minutes, then serve with poached fruit and cinnamon sugar.
