- 1 bottle Noble Late Harvest Rhine Riesling
- 1 sweet melon, peeled, pips removed and sliced
- Fresh mint
Method
Ingredients
Place four cognac glasses in the freezer half an hour before serving.
Remove and pour some of the dessert wine into the glasses.
Top with sliced sweet melon. Garnish with fresh mint.
