Sunflower seed dressing




Sure you can sprinkle sunflower seeds onto your salad or you can take things to a whole new level with this creamy sunflower seed dressing.
Ingredients

- 60 g sunflower seeds, toasted
- ½ cup water
- 1 lemon, zested and juiced
- 1 T sherry vinegar
- 2 T olive oil
- 1 t mustard
- 2 garlic cloves

Ingredients
1. Blend all the ingredients until creamy.
Cook’s note: If you like, add ½ t Woolworths hickory smoke extract, a handful of herbs, or 1 t fish sauce.
