- 1 x 500 g roll of puff pastry
- 5 T strawberry jam (or use any jam you like)
- icing sugar, for dusting

Preheat the oven to 180ºC.
Roll out a packet of ready-made puff pastry and using cookie cutters, press 8 medium rounds and 8 small flower shapes out of the pastry.
Bake for 15 minutes on a greased baking tray, until golden and crisp.
Place half a teaspoon of jam in the centre of each of the rounds and top with a puff pastry flower.
Dust with icing sugar and enjoy with your tea.
Cook's note: we love Woolworths' all-butter puff pastry, but if you can't get to the shops you can easily make our cheat's version of puff pastry.
