Strawberry & chocolate biscuit

Method
- 3 Woolworths chocolate bouchés
- 6 strawberries, washed, hulled and sliced
- 4 sweet dry biscuits such as shortbread
- Icing sugar
Method
Ingredients
In a double boiler, melt the chocolate and cool down.
Place a biscuit on each of the two serving platters and smear with chocolate. Top with strawberries. Place the remaining biscuit on top.
Use a shaker and garnish with icing sugar.
Hints & tips: Chocolate bouchés can be replaced with white chocolate, and strawberries can be replaced with any fruit of your choice. Cream or a fruit coulis can be served on the side. Biscuits can be served with tea and coffee.
