  • Cream
  • Crunchy sugar
  • Sliced strawberries
  • Sugar-chocolate mix
  • Fresh mint

Method

Ingredients

A child’s treat — crushed strawberries, cream and crunchy sugar — grows up. Blend hulled strawberries with cream to a soupy consistency.
Ladle into large wide soup bowls. Top with sliced strawberries and grind over a sugar-chocolate mix to taste. Pretty up with sprigs of fresh mint if you like.
