- 250 g fresh green beans
- Olive oil
- Sliced cloves garlic
- 1/2 cup smashed mixed olives

Ingredients
Steam fresh green beans until tender and electric green in colour. Drain.
To a pan over a medium to low heat add a drizzle of olive oil and, when hot, gently fry thinly sliced cloves garlic until fragrant.
Add cup smashed mixed olives and fry for a few minutes more.
Remove from the heat, add the beans and toss.
Serve warm as an easy side.
