								- 125 g flour
- 90 g rolled oats
- 1 t bicarbonate of soda
- 1 t salt
- 1 free-range egg
- 1¼ cups plain yoghurt

Ingredients 
								1. Preheat the oven to 190°C and line a baking tray with baking paper.
2. Combine all the ingredients in a bowl, loosely shape into a ball and place on the tray. Score the top.
3. Bake for 45 minutes, or until a skewer comes out clean.
