Smoothie bowls



Skipping breakfast is never an option, but having the time to sit down and enjoy it is almost impossible on busy mornings. With Woolworths' smoothies, you don't have to compromise. Made using new flavours such as berry and dragon fruit and creamy green, these smoothies are a delicious and convenient accompaniment to breakfast wraps and sandwiches, or poured into a bowl with fresh fruit and grains to make Instagram-worthy smoothie bowls.

Green smoothie bowl:
- 250 ml Woolworths creamy green smoothie
- 3-4 seedless white grapes, sliced
- 1 yellow kiwi fruit, sliced
- 2 T coconut flakes
- 1 T pine nuts, toasted
- 1 T Woolworths no added salt and sugar smooth peanut butter Berry smoothie bowl:
- 250 ml Woolworths berry dragon fruit smoothie
- fresh mixed berries
- 2 T hemp seeds
- 2 T Woolworths baked chocolate granola
- 1 T Woolworths 70% cocoa dark chocolate drops
Method
Ingredients
1. For the green smoothie bowl, pour the chilled smoothie into a bowl, then top with fruit, coconut flakes, pine nuts and peanut butter.
2. For the berry smoothie bowl, pour the chilled smoothie into a bowl, then top with mixed berries, hemp seeds, chocolate granola and dark chocolate drops.

To make these smoothies, Woolworths seals the flavour into the bottle using a special high-pressure process, without the use of heat or added preservatives.
