Method
- 250 g smoked snoek
- ¼ cup thick mayonnaise
- ¼ cup crème fraîche
- 1 T lemon juice
- freshly ground black pepper, to taste
- toast, crackers, crudités or small sweet pepper halves, for serving
Method
Ingredients
Flake the fish, taking great care to remove all the bones. Mash the fish with the mayonnaise and crème fraîche. Add lemon juice and black pepper to taste. Mix well. Pack into a small serving dish and chill well.
