Rose champagne float

Ingredients
Method
- 16 g Woolworths freezedried strawberries (or use crystallised rose petals)
- Woolworths berry sorbet, for serving
- rose-water a few drops
- Woolworths WCC rosé Cap Classique, for serving
Method
Ingredients
1. Blend the freezedried strawberries or crystallised rose petals in a Nutribullet or blender to make a fine powder to rim the cocktail glasses.
2. Just before serving, add a scoop of sorbet to each glass, a drop or two of rose-water and top up with the Cap Classique.
