- 2 baby red cabbages, sliced into thick rings
- 3 T olive oil
- 250 g streaky bacon, roughly chopped
- 100 g blue cheese
- freshly ground white pepper, to taste
- 1 lemon, juiced

Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Place the cabbage onto a greased baking tray and drizzle over the olive oil.
Sprinkle the bacon onto the cabbage.
Crumble over the blue cheese and roast for 10–15 minutes. Season with pepper and lemon juice.
