Refined-sugar free pineapple frozen yoghurt




You only need two ingredients to make this pineapple frozen yoghurt. Make it extra special by adding honeyed almonds on top.

- 2 cups Woolworths double-cream plain yoghurt
- 350 g Woolworths cut queen pineapple
- 100 g almonds
- 4 T honey

1. Blend the yoghurt and the pineapple, then pour into a container and freeze until solid.
2. Mix the almonds and honey and serve the gelato topped with the honeyed nuts.
