Rainbow slaw rolls with peanut satay dressing and Asian dressing

Method
  • 2 x 25 g boxes Woolworths rice paper wrappers
  • 300 g Woolworths rainbow slaw
  • fresh coriander, for serving
  • fresh mint, for serving
  • 100 g Woolworths peanut satay dressing
  • 100 g Woolworths Asian dressing
  • Woolworths crispy onion sprinkle, for serving

Method

Ingredients

1. Soak the rice paper wrappers in cold water until soft. Remove from the water and gently squeeze out any excess.

2. Spoon the rainbow slaw into the centre of each softened wrapper and fold to close.

3. Serve with the coriander, mint and dipping sauces. Sprinkle over the crispy onions.
