- 2 kg smoked pork shoulder
- 2 cups salsa roja Mexicana
- 1 cup sour cream
- 12 corn tortillas
- Fresh coriander, chopped, to garnish
- Quartered limes, to garnish
Method
Ingredients
Place a little of each of ingredient in the middle of a tortilla. Fold the tortilla in half to form a taco. Pinch the taco closed at the back and hold it upright. Tilt your head backwards and enjoy.
