Pizza with nduja paste, prosciutto and buffalo mozzarella

Seen ’nduja paste on Woolies shelves and wondered, “What on earth do I do with this?” Don’t worry – we’ve got you. First things first: it’s pronounced “en-doo-ya”, and it’s a spreadable paste made from pork and Calabrian chilli. Think of it as a flavour bomb – rich, a little smoky, and just spicy enough to wake up your taste buds. Stir it through pasta, melt over roast veg, or spread on toast with ricotta. Use it once, and you’ll be putting it on everything. Trust us.
