Mocha chocolate sauce




This is a really versatile and easy sauce that you can use over ice cream, drizzled over pancakes or waffles, and even iced coffees.

- 1 1⁄2 cups water
- 200 g sugar
- 75 g cocoa
- 3 T instant coffee
- 1 T vanilla extract
- a pinch salt

Ingredients
1. Heat all the ingredients in a saucepan and whisk. Cook until reduced to a syrupy consistency.
