Method
								- 400 g feta, cubed
 - ½ sweet melon, cubed
 - ¼ watermelon, cubed
 - 50 g watercress For the dressing, whisk
 - 65 ml olive oil
 - 2 lemons, juiced
 - 1 t sugar
 - sea salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

Ingredients
								Arrange the watermelon, sweet melon, feta and watercress on a plate and drizzle with dressing.
