- ¼ cup popcorn
- ½ cup light brown sugar
- 2 T butter
- 2 T maple syrup

Pop ¼ cup popcorn.
Slowly melt ½ cup light brown sugar with 2 T butter and 2 T maple syrup over a low heat until all the sugar has dissolved and formed a thick caramel.
Pour the caramel over the popcorn and toss until coated.
