- 250 g crumbly feta
- 90 g cream cheese
- 1 T olive oil
- 1 T LemonGold® zest
- 1 t smoked chilli flakes (optional)
- ciabatta, toasted, for serving
- fresh herbs, for serving

1 Place the feta, cream cheese and olive oil in a blender or food processor. Blend until smooth and creamy. Add the lemon zest and chilli flakes if using.
2 Spread onto toasted ciabatta, drizzle with olive oil and serve a squeeze of lemon juice and fresh herbs.
