  • 400 g Woolworths cauliflower rice
  • 3 spring onions, chopped
  • 6 radishes, thinly sliced
  • 15 g parsley, chopped
  • 175 g pomegranate rubies
  • 1 lemon, juiced and zested
  • 3 T olive oil
  • 200 g feta

Method

Ingredients

Cook Woolworths 400 g cauliflower rice according to package instructions.

Toss with 3 chopped spring onions, 6 thinly sliced radishes, 15 g chopped parsley and 175 g pomegranate rubies, the juice and zest of 1 lemon, 3 T olive oil, 200 g feta and season.
