- 1 baguette
- Olive oil, for drizzling
- 2 crottin
- Honey, for drizzling
- Fresh thyme, to garnish
- Freshly ground black pepper, to taste (optional)

Ingredients
Preheat the oven to 200°C.
Slice the baguette into ½ cm-thick slices and drizzle with olive oil.
Halve the crottin lengthways. Slice each half into 4–6 slices and place onto the oiled baguette slices.
Drizzle with a few more drops of olive oil and bake until the cheese starts to brown. Remove from the oven and drizzle with the honey and add a few thyme leaves. Season with black pepper if you like. Serve hot.
