- 1 cup Woolworths quick-cook oats
- 1 ripe banana
- 1 cup baby spinach
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 free-range egg
- 2 T coconut or olive oil
- 1 t ground cinnamon
- 1 t baking powder
- a pinch salt

Ingredients
1. Process the oats in a blender until a fine powder has formed. Add the remaining flapjack ingredients and blend until smooth.
2. Fry spoonfuls of the batter in a nonstick pan over a medium heat. Allow to cool slightly. Decorate with your choice of toppings and serve.
