Ingredients
Method- 8 bread slices, toasted
- 2 x 150 g tubs Woolworths labneh
- 8 prosciutto rashers, fried
- 2 Gem avocados, peeled and stoned
- 4 T pesto
- 8 radishes, shaved
- 8 Woolworths beetroot in vinaigrette
- 12 Woolworths exotic tomatoes, halved
- sea salt and crushed pink peppercorns, to taste
Method
IngredientsSpread the toast with the labneh, then top with the prosciutto, avocado, pesto, radishes, beetroot and tomato. Season to taste.
