Frozen watermelon daiquiri



The ultimate summer quencher with a bit of a kick, this watermelon daiquiri is the perfect cocktail for sultry summer days.
Ingredients

- 700 g Woolworths prepared and cubed watermelon
- 1/2 cup white rum
- 2 fresh limes, juiced (about ¼ cup)
- 1 orange, juiced (about ¼ cup)
- 2 T sugar syrup
- fresh mint, for serving
- lime slices, for serving
Method
Ingredients
1. Place the watermelon in a reusable plastic bag or on baking paper on a tray and freeze until solid.
2. Place the watermelon, rum, lime juice, orange juice and sugar syrup in a blender and blend until soft and slushy.
3. Divide between 2 margarita glasses and serve with a slice of lime and fresh mint.
