- 450 g oats
- 60 g puffed rice
- 100 g desiccated coconut
- 100 g almonds or hazelnuts chopped
- 50 g malted milk powder
- 3 T cocoa powder For the chocolate sauce:
- 1 cup water
- 300 g brown sugar
- ¾ cup honey
- 4 T vegetable oil
- 225 g dark chocolate, broken into pieces
Method

Preheat the oven to 170°C.
Mix the dry ingredients and spread on a baking tray.
Bring all the ingredients for the sauce to the boil and cook for 1 minute. Pour over the muesli and bake for 30 minutes.
