Ingredients
Method
- 4–6 fresh cherries, stoned and halved
- 4 T vodka
- 2 T fresh lemon juice
- a dash of bitters
- 1–2 t simple sugar syrup
- 1 T egg white or aquafaba
Method
Ingredients
1. In a cocktail shaker with ice, muddle cherries with vodka. (Apply some elbow grease to release those vibrant juices.) Allow to stand for a few minutes, then strain.
2. Shake the cherry-infused vodka with fresh lemon juice, a dash of bitters, simple sugar syrup and 1 T egg white or aquafaba.
3. Pour into a tumbler and adorn your beautiful concoction with a Maraschino cherry or, better yet, more fresh cherries, threaded onto a cocktail stick. Perfection.
