Fine french beans with Moroccan spiced dates and mandarin

- 200 g fine French beans
- 2 T honey
- 2 T Moroccan paste
- 8 dates, pitted and sliced
- 3 mandarins, thinly sliced
Method
Ingredients
Boil the beans in salted water until soft but crisp. In a small saucepan, heat the honey and Moroccan paste.
Add the sliced date and bring to a boil.
Remove from heat, add the sliced mandarin and allow to heat through.
Strain the cooked beans and top with the orange and date mix.
