Method
- 4 T tamarind paste
- 2 T palm sugar
- 2 T soya sauce
- 1 T flour
- 1 t water
- 4 free-range eggs, fried until crispy
Method
Ingredients
Dry-fry the tamarind, sugar and soya sauce in a pan over a medium heat. Mix the flour and water, add to the pan, mix and cook for 2 minutes until thickened. Pour over the fried eggs to serve.
