Easy melon-and-strawberry yoghurt lollies



These lollies are easy to make and pretty as a picture – file under “need to make ASAP”.
Ingredients
Method
- 700 g Woolworths cubed melon
- 1/2 lemon, juiced
- 1/2 cup sugar syrup
- 1 cup Woolworths double-cream strawberry yoghurt
- Woolworths freeze-dried strawberries, for sprinkling
Method
Ingredients
1. Blend the melon, lemon juice and sugar syrup.
2. Pour into the lolly moulds to until filled halfway and freeze until solid. Top with a layer of strawberry yoghurt, insert the lolly sticks and freeze again.
3. Unmould the frozen lollies, sprinkle with dehydrated strawberries and enjoy!
