  • 1 kg Woolworths frozen corn
  • 2 cups cream
  • 1 T salt
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • crispy fried bacon, to serve

Method

Ingredients

1. Defrost frozen corn. Bring cream to the boil with salt and minced garlic. Infuse for 10 minutes.
2. Pour over the corn in a baking dish. Bake at 180°C until bubbly and golden. Top with crispy fried bacon.
