Crunchy caramel bocconcini with strawberries

- 140 g sugar
- 350 g bocconcini
- 400 g strawberries, halved
- juice of 1 lime
Method
Ingredients
Heat the sugar in a pan over low heat until melted and golden brown.
Remove from the heat and drop the cheese balls, a few at a time, into the caramel; shake pan to coat well.
Plate the strawberries and place the caramelised bocconcini on top.
Drizzle with the lime juice.
