- 400 g baby marrows
- 2 T flour
- 2 free-range eggs, beaten
- Sunflower oil, for frying
- Maldon salt, to taste

Trim the baby marrows, slice into 3 mm long strips and remove the seeds.
Mix the flour and eggs. Dip the baby marrows into the batter and fry in the hot oil for 5 minutes, or until golden.
