  • 1x 700 g bag Woolworths baby sweet potatoes
  • 1 1/2 T canola oil
  • 10 g rosemary
  • 2 1/2 T butter, melted
  • sea salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

1. Wrap the sweet potatoes in foil, drizzle in oil and roast on the coals for 45 minutes, or until soft.
2. Mix the rosemary with the butter. Dress the sweet potatoes in the rosemary butter while hot. Season to taste.
