- 1 x Woolies Vanilla cake mix
- 3 free-range eggs
- 200 ml milk
- 180 ml sunflower oil for the filling, combine:
- 200 g condensed milk
- 2 T brown sugar
- 2 T butter, melted
- 1 t ground cinnamon For the icing, mix together:
- 50 g icing sugar, sifted
- 1 lemon, juiced
- cinnamon sugar, to sprinkle
Method
Ingredients
1. Cook cake according to package instructions. Allow to cool for 5 minutes.
2. Poke holes all over with back of a wooden spoon. Pour the filling into each hole.
3. Remove cake from pan and place on plate. Drizzle over the icing and sprinkle over the cinnamon sugar.
