Method- 4 berry ice cream scoops
- 80 g dark chocolate
Method
IngredientsPlace 4 scoops good-quality berry ice cream onto a platter. Place in the freezer.
Melt 80 g dark chocolate, leave to cool, and gently pour over the ice cream.
Sprinkle with 100’s and 1000’s and freeze until ready to serve.
