Chocolate ice-cream pie



This chocolate ice-cream pie recipe uses ice-cream cones in an easy but impressive ice-cream pie. Use any flavour you like. Scoop the ice cream in advance and freeze on a tray lined with clingwrap.

- 12 Woolworths chocolate sugar cones, crushed
- 120 g butter, melted
- 12 scoops Woolworths chocolate ice cream
- 3⁄4 cup Woolworths caramel crunch sauce
Method
Ingredients
1. Mix the crushed wafer cones and butter. Press into a 23 cm dish, covering the base and sides. Freeze until ready to use.
2. Fill with ice-cream scoops and freeze again until ready to serve. Pour over the sauce at the table.
