								This chicken tikka salad features ricotta, apple and cashews and is dressed with tzatziki, olive oil and apple juice. It's the perfect braai salad, or a way to use up leftover braai meat.

							Ingredients
Method 
								- 600 g Woolworths flame grilled chicken tikka kebabs
- 1 cucumber, cut into ribbons
- 2 Granny Smith apples, sliced thinly
- Coriander, to serve
- 1 Ayrshire ricotta cheese
- 1 x 100 g packet salted cashew nuts
- 1 tub tzatziki, to drizzle
- Extra virgin olive oil, to drizzle
- ¼ cup cloudy apple juice, to drizzle
Method
Ingredients 
								Remove the chicken from the kebab sticks. Arrange the ingredients on a plate and drizzle with the tzatziki, olive oil and apple juice.
